Please be advised: Payment made by check may delay item shipment for up to 15 working days (3 weeks). International purchases are welcome and limited to: Canada, Australia, Great Britain. International Customers be prepared to pay with USPS Money Order and USPS Global Priority Mail rates. International Shipments require a trip to the Post Office - we ship International on Wednesdays - once a week.

Upon request, I can invoice you via email for any purchase. You may then print for your records or mail the order along with payment by cashiers check or money order.

A Mail-In Order Form (for remittance by cashier check or money order purchases only) is provided here in downloadable and printable .pdf format for your convenience. Credit Card orders are processed through PayPal only. If you are ordering a one-of-a-kind item - email me immediately beforehand so I can confirm availability of the item and set it aside. Payment for Mail Orders must be received within seven (I say 7 days). I reserve the right to cancel any sale if payment is not received in a timely manner.

Shipping charges (USA-lower 48) are generally stated and calculated as closely as possible to actual cost. Most items ship via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation within 24-48 hours. Large items ship in over-size boxes and may incur additional fees. Some items are pre-boxed and will not be combined for shipping so a multiple item purchase may arrive in several containers. Although, we make every effort to work with you and USPS on a shipment gone awry - please be advised we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment. Insurance is required or strongly recommended for most purchases. We can and will ship to an alternate address if necessary. Occasionally, the shipping calculator will overcharge on combined shipments. (Example: a CD will ship at no extra charge with most other items). When this occurs, and only if you PAY via PAYPAL, we will recalculate at your request or reimburse you for excessive charges. Shipping/Handling is not how we figure our profit margin.

October Country General Return Policy - All Sales are Final.

There are exceptions to this rule, of course, but since the product we offer is unique and since we are a small company we handle return inquiries on an individual basis. If the product is deemed defective in some way, we will make that product right or refund your money. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipment. This is why insurance is strongly recommended. Return authorization is REQUIRED. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Said postage will be reimbursed if we determine October Country is at fault for an error in shipment or defective merchandise. Returns are not accepted if the item has been in hand more than seven days. Refunds are not issued simply upon receipt of merchandise -- return authorization is REQUIRED. Do not return item to P.O. Box. Restocking fees (20%) for irresponsible purchases may apply in some instances.

October Country Pattern Return Policy
All Pattern Sales Final - NO Exceptions.

Patterns are available in digital (email and cd rom) format only. Paper Patterns are not available. Digital Downloads Coming Soon! Patterns are available in two formats. Adobe .pdf file (default) and Word 2007 zip file. The pattern will be e-mailed to you, usually the same day (weekends and USA holidays excluded), no later than 48 hours after purchase. Patterns are also available on CD Rom for a reasonable shipping/handling fee. Limited Tech Support for patterns is available. It is your responsibility to determine whether you can open and print a word zip or Adobe .pdf file. Adobe is the most common file sharing software out there so it shouldn't pose a problem. We have provided links to Adobe's FREE .pdf reader throughout this site. It is also your responsibility to be certain you can receive large email files and to configure your spam settings so that you receive delivery. All attachments are scanned and certified clean before they leave my desk. No intrusive code is embedded in the e-mail or the document.

ABOUT YOUR PRIVACY AND OUR PRIVACY: The use of our email address is conditionally limited to our transaction. Do not indiscriminately share our e-mail address with the world. We would prefer not to receive unsolicited correspondence via e-mail or spam from you or your affiliates (personal or otherwise). Thanks in advance for respecting our wishes in this matter. Likewise, your email address and personal information will never be shared with anyone, for any purpose, outside October Country. October Country's mailing list is strictly monitored and never made public.

Nearly unlimited use of patterns is granted to the purchaser. Create as many projects as you please for gift giving or retail purposes (craft shows included). Wholesale marketing is strongly discouraged. Using any item created from the use of this pattern for bazaar or non profit purposes is unconditionally granted and good luck with that. Please DO NOT reproduce this pattern or any part of it for resale. Large class distribution needs my consent. Online sales of this item (ebay, etsy, web site or web market and so on) should give me credit as the designer in the listing.
